Mind & Body classes (McClurg Court).

What
Beginning on Monday March 29th, we will be running an Open Yoga class on Mondays from 7-8pm. Through a series of traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques, this class is designed to enhance flexibility, balance and functional strength, while stimulating the mind, body and spirit.

Who
Everyone!  If you are interested in getting in shape, staying in shape or just getting better, then these classes are for you.
