registration/cancellation policies
-we want you to register online for any class you wish to attend. Even dropping into a single class should be registered. We love our customers and if you just show up for a class you will be welcome to join in.
we want our customers to always get what they pay for. If you cannot make a class that you have registered for, you MUST cancel the registration for that class. You may come to any other appropriate class of similiar value. Remember uncancelled classes cannot be made up. Cancellation is easily completed and the quicklink can be found at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.
-we want you to register for any make-up class within the session dates of the missed class.
-in the event that we cannot provide the lesson or class that you have paid for in advance, we will provide a full refund.

parking policies
- parking in northwestern is abundent. however between 8am and 4pm you must purchase an $8 parking pass. These are available at check-in.
- parking in mcclurg is abundant. street (metered) parking is readily available on ontario and ohio. There is parking in our building at mcclurg ct. Parking entrance is on ohio. we have a parking pass that permits 4 hrs parking for for $6.
northwestern entry procedures
- once registering, your name will be placed on a list at the front desk. please stop by the front desk to check-in. then meet us on court.
mcclurg entry procedures
- please check in with the front desk person at 333. e ontario. they will direct you to the sports facility entrance and you will be buzzed in from there.
